Group plans

An Evening That Flows

A plan is not a timetable carved into stone. It is a sequence that helps your group arrive, settle, laugh and stop while the energy is still good.

A simple rhythm

  1. Arrival: leave prompts or blocks visible; do not announce a game immediately.
  2. First round: play ten minutes of Telephone or Pictionary in pairs.
  3. Middle: pause for food, conversation or a change of seats.
  4. Final round: offer Charades or a gentle creative challenge, then end cleanly.

Make room for a no.

Name an alternative before anyone needs it: “You can keep score, choose prompts, or just watch.” A spectator can become a participant later, but only if watching has been treated as a valid choice.
